I understand the sentiment. I am also very uncomfortable with the blood letting inclinations sweeping across all factions of society.
Basically, workout everyday.
I am going to try. I think I could do 5 or 6 minutes then rest a minute and do another 5. But not sure. These duration workouts our new to me. It is a challenge that has gotten me excited about working out.
