You're overthinking it. Really not that complicated. Once you start looking for Hawaiians you will realize they are everywhere.
Hawaiians are naturally attracted to decentralized protocols (who knew?). They show up, devour the spam, and leave very little trace. If you observe carefully you will also notice the population of Hawaiians here ebb and flow over time as nature reaches an equilibrium.
Here's the thing that people don't get: it doesn't matter what individuals think. It matters what these individual groups think on average.
