Protein: sirloin in a Worcestershire+Olive Oil paired in a garlic & onion powder, seasoning salt and cayenne spice blend

Veggie: after peeling & slicing - soak in a baking soda water cleanse

Spin & Clean all veggies and then marinade/season to preference -

Duration: for vinaigrette and tuna seasoning it is best to allow for a couple hours to allow the flavors to synergize - same with the protein marinade for this style

On the Menu: Stir Fry

Details - gonna try habaneros today, little nervous on 🌶️🌶️🌶️ level so will use cautiously - broccoli with red & yellow bell peppers with sweet onion and sliced garlic - did a little Persian cucumber with red & sweet onion in a vinaigrette as well as siracha mayo & jalapeño ahi tuna for a poke bowl - been craving it ever since Corndalorian meme’d about it ~ 👩‍🍳👩‍🎨

Decided on the Wok Skillet and going the sesame & coconut oil route for blazing time ~

[General Tip] ~ food prep is one of ‘my’ favorite times for meditation flow ~ it’s a direct bond engagement ~ I enjoy being fully present with whatever comes up during the gathering, peeling, cleaning and marinading phases ~ vibration matters here ~ do we add a little bit of this or how do we want this sliced long short chopped diced etc ~ quiet little moments within your-self to hear your-self and ask your-self curious questions ~

Tangible:: for [surgeon protocol insight] ~ I ruptured my left ankle tendons years ago while hiking avoiding a rattlesnake. Structural damage is prolonging physical adjustments creating other side effects. Spine + Skull section appears to be adapting well given that also had structural damage.

{answering} ~ I got the Achilles Heel bug bite after that. Sun Meditation - Bug Bite - Water Sync (Lake Michigan) - total left side recalibration.
