Spaghetti sauce is simmering. Ground beef, spicy Italian sausage, onion, bell peppers, and garlic were all smoked first. Now it simmers for about 6 hours. Its not really keto but in small portions on home made zucchini noodles its a really tasty "cheat" meal.
