Meat wise fish, beef, and chicken.

Not really a fan of chicken because the broad range of texture depending on who cooks it. Chicken also has a contamination issue so cleanliness is most important.

Pork is a straight up hell no for me and caused major digestion issues when I was a little kid.

Ironically they use pig skin for human skin graphs. Also burnt pork and human smell very similar.

A pig will eat almost anything including human. Pigs are know for parasites. In humans often due to consuming raw or undercooked pork they can get brain worms. The biggest problem is to kill the parasites you have to "cook" it to such a char that it's basically uneatable even for typical pork eaters.

So ultimately someone runs the risk of getting brain worms for eating anything cooked in the "eatable range."

It just really ain't worth it and it's straight up trash meat.
