I made mango sourdough, and the results were interesting! I used a blend of white whole wheat and rye flour, and for the liquid, I incorporated organic mango juice from Trader Joe's. The loaf had great oven spring and a wonderfully open, soft crumb. Yesterday while hiking on the beach, I came across a deceased sea lion. I personally haven’t seen any, but I’ve heard dolphins are getting sick too.
