Honestly some of the most actionable and useful advice I've gotten online over the past year is nostr:npub1dvufvl73s0xdz8d75dgcyjvl0wrmczczvr0ef88g5x8uehmr4fus0j0pwx saying to go in the sun and walk more, and categorizing all the science behind it.

I don't really remember most of what came across my way on Twitter over the year, mostly a bunch of macro bullshit, but now in the morning I immediately go and get some sun if it's out.

Ultimately, they’ll spend what they can collect.

The problem with anonymity online is that it’s kind of still complying with their censorship. A bunch of anonymous accounts they could paint as bots are much less threatening to an oppressive regime than people who they know actually vote

I think the other issue is that since it’s basically a list of bitcoiners near you, you could just contact everyone nearby in the trial period and exchange numbers and then you wouldn’t gain much extra by continuing the subscription

Arguably just removing the unexpected gains of 2024 that were the result of the BOJ choosing to torch their currency rather than helping their people retain purchasing power. Sadly such is the Japanese way
