That's fair. I guess I don't see it having much effect (especially on nostr) but I could be totally wrong

Sure man but that changes nothing because neither you nor I give money to those scammers

There is no way bitcoin truly succeeds without the deep state parasites trying to co-opt it

Agree with you (especially Xapo Bank = deep state) and would not give that conference a dime however... there's nothing we can really change, can we? It will happen anyway

By far the biggest problem here is privacy. Since email is plaintext (and some email is quite private) you, the operator, need to establish yourself with a reputation of high integrity... that you won't be reading/scanning/associating content with npubs. What are your thoughts on that?

But no messages at all? How can you be an activist and not protect your IP address

Not sure what you mean, lots of people use their products. They have plenty of UI surface to do the onboarding.

I'm saying no need to make it non-partisan since bitcoin currently does not have a party. Political parties will try to co-opt it and there's nothing we can do about it, it's game theory in action.

Also: bitcoin is global, and the USA != the world.

What does this mean? Bitcoin has no party

Also, bitcoin is not american, just saying

Yes, there is a chance Proton Wallet is a honeypot.

Let's assume it is one: We are not their target audience. People who know no better already live in a honey pot. An opportunity to expose a taste of freedom tech to 100M+ users, shitcoin-free? That's massive. Most of them won't fall into the rabbit hole, but some of them will. Net positive.

Just like our life paths are all different, our ways to understand bitcoin are too.

Woah. Focused on becoming the King of Bedford?

nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 why does mstr insist on using “the blockchain” for DID?

Is there no other practical way to add key rotation?
