Estrogen is estrogen. It is poisonous and immoral.

I don't know if it is less poisonous than plant based food, but if you can eat meat and eggs and drug yourself with caffeine and nicotine, there is no reason to even look at milk - raw, sour, processed, sintetic or whatever.

As a child I was fed raw milk and its products milked and made at home same day same hour even, and I grew up long, weak and sick. An elderly person I turned carnivore and no diary and much tanning, and turned strong and healthy which I have never ever been since I was born. We will see if I get shorter too 😂.

So a friend went through the trouble of double proving on his own body that diary is bad for humans. For men - proven on him, for women - proven on other friends.

He cut eating dairy some time ago and as a result lost his man-boobs. That is despite still being half vegetarian. Then he turned carnivore. As a result, lost large weak muscles that were replaced with small strong muscles. Then he started eating some hard aged cheese daily. Soon his man-boobs started coming back. So on top of being immoral, milk is poisonous.

Another thing, people eating much dairy are much taller, including women. Entire populations. This is not inheritance, height of specific individual regardless of race depends on milk consumed.

I am tall myself, having grown on much milk. Being tall is bad. Makes you weaker, slower, less efficient in every regard.
