Forbes were by far the first outlet to post good material on Bitcoin, as early as 2015. They still publish paid shills of disinfomation when it counts, like a bull or bear market.
I guess it pays more to sell bad information so that others can bet against the crowd then it does to give sound advice. Seems to be the natural career progression of influencers.

Same. I think I care too much about being right to openly discuss the idea. By the time I'm confident enough to share my thoughts I'm so far down the rabbit hole they can't follow.
I plan on making our garden a celebration of #bitcoin and #nostr. These ground orchids fit in nicely.

Agree. When I pay Bitcoin I think about what I expect Bitcoin to do in the next couple of years, and the price seems 10x more expensive. When I pay in fiat I don't worry about that and am had that the price hasn't increased due to inflation.
For example, nostr.wine subscription seems steep at 18000 sats, but I happily pay 3x that for Spotify.
If I could pay for a relay in fiat and a bit extra for some sats to use in zaps I wouldn't hesitate. That would be an ideal Bitcoin onboarder, because people would see first hand how sats are better for micropayments.

I made a video of a flood on Facebook once and someone from viralhog contactede about licencing them the video. It took me a couple of hours to fill out the paperwork around work. By that time there were new videos coming to light and I never got any money. A way to stack zaps where the original user gets a cut of the zaps and the media outlet or influencer gets a cut would be ideal. You could agree on the cut in order to get your post reshared.
