Maybe you will never need it, but somewhere someone is taking a stand against an unjust oppressor. Without uncensorable money they will have their bank accounts frozen, leaving them to starve and freeze until they give up and go home. As happened with the Canadian trucker protests. By using Bitcoin you are establishing an economy that is censorship resistant.
Bitcoin on the lightning network also has ultra low fees which allows ultra low transactions, undermining the subscription model with direct value for value transactions between content creators and consumers.
