Had a friend set theirs. Damus iOS didn't show their until a hard restart of the app.
Coracle doesn't show at all.
#[0] nip-05 seems to be odd in clients. Damus shows my tick right away. Coracle doesn't show any change and it's not clear when/why it queries it.
