My fav part was you can't prevent bitcoin from coming any more then you could stop time. Bitcoin is inevitable, but not for everyone. Reminds me of nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx on rhr the other day saying in spite of all his efforts only his brother in law became a bitcoiner. No one becomes a bitcoiner until THEY want it.
I've been talking about it non stop for almost 5 years and only my old roommate is kinda on board, but he still owns ETH and has his bitcoin on coinbase. And he's way ahead of everyone else I interact with. The winds of change take time.

Yes I agree, although it's very possible to have a bad legacy from chasing self fulfillment.
I think a good amount of people consider bitcoin a bubble, or inflated, and expect it to crash. I think this a misunderstanding of what a bubble is. A bubble in houses, tech, cars, etc are from allocating value above the utility value of the asset, thus creating a monitory value on top of the utility value.
With bitcoin the utility value is monitory, so it's more of a pure measure of how much society values sound money. Sure speculators can leverage in the short term and deceive the market, but all that does is call more attention to it, and when someone takes a close look they don't often go back.

The value/use case of bitcoin is a permission-less medium of échange and fair unit of account. Eliminate those and it has no quality as a store of value for me.
I don't know my legacy, but I do know my purpose. To live in the bitcoin citadel, to prosper, to increase fairness, Truth, and honesty in society, to teach my children that kindness is the greatest attribute, to continue to grow in strength and intelligence toward these goals.
I try to write my notes like they cost sats already. The more you say the less you mean.
