This is just a symptom of Corporate America.

US companies are forced to release crappy products, because a good product might risk lawsuits.

Whereas in UK for example, you could release a mildly malevolent AI product and still you would not have legal trouble if it told people to go take a long walk off a short peer.

Large parts of US seem to no longer recognise personal responsibility and somehow believe the American public is composed of unthinking zombies who must be protected from various facts/opinions/suggestions/etc.

This is just the start, as the $33 trillion of debt rolls over (as the Treasury bonds reach maturity), the debt has to be refinanced at the current interest rate.

USA is on course for spending $2 trillion a year on interest payments, and would obviously have to raise taxes to do so.

Taxes in America are going to have to rise a lot this decade as de-dollarisation also hurts America’s ability to export inflation.

UK might the world’s first post-industrial country. Electricity consumption continues to decline even as the population grows.

5). Someone invented Zaps (tipping people 1/10mil btc)

6). Zapping feels better than getting zapped

7). Nobody zaps trolls

Is ZapplePay the answer?

There’s a fairly concerning story in the UK press this past month about a famous politician being unbanked because his bank unilaterally decided that he…

“stated views that were at odds with our position as an inclusive organisation.”.

Banning their own customers doesn’t seem very inclusive of them, but here are.

The politician has used FOI to get all the banks internal correspondence on him, which is now all over the British press and is humiliating for the bank and ruinous of its professional reputation.

There are also 10,000 other banned customers using the same letter templates to demand copies of internal correspondence relative to their closed accounts.

Virtually this banks entire mail server is going to end up being released to the public and a torrent of ugly lawsuits will follow, probably spelling the end of this banks under current trading name.

I’m interested to see just how much this sorry episode has damaged his instagram revenue.

Any non-founder CEO would be immediately fired for such a blunder.
