You can change it to always reject by going into the permissions screen and pressing the green check.
For now I think only web apps like noStrudel, coracle, etc are using nip 46.

The relays are used just for applications that uses nip 46 (nostr connect or bunker)
The default relay is relay.nsec.app but if you want you can change it or add more relays as a fallback when the relay is not working.
You can change the relays only before the first connection.

Already removed it. They show my full legal name to everyone and there's no option to opt out of it.
People will have to learn how to use zap.store or obtainium
