The GOP sucks. They are afraid of using power, so it's a cycle of lose for 4-8 years then do very little for 4-8 years. The Democrats have made things demonstrably worse and at a faster rate than I imagined possible for an economy of our size and scope. The last time we've had a GOP president who could actually do anything useful was Reagan, and he was awful.
