I'm sorry i've only watched it yesterday evening. There's just so much stuff on my watchlist. I should have watched this earlier, this was really great!

I felt so compassionate seeing you go through the various stages and i felt so sorry for you when the first trainer told you it could not be done. I reflected this by thinking my trainer would tell me i would never be able to do a strict pullup. I would probably take it for granted and give up on ever trying it.

I can't even begin to comprehend how I would feel after 2 days of going through this training regime. It took me 10 years of going to the gym before i broke through and started feeling rewards. Once i did it turned my life around in great ways.

That sucks. My take is that if they want you to be more like them they would not be with you in the first place so you did something right from the get go.

I'll just put this out there at the cost of pissing off every woman on nostr: Everything is a test and you never have to literally take her words. She usually needs something else. Get to understand it and it will all make sense.

Let's not even open the can of worms on PoS. The energy around you is still mostly free, comparable to water (in most parts of the world). I totally agree that money can buy the best ways to capture energy, but i do not see any better solutions that we could implement today (or foreseeable future for that matter).

What kind of mechanism would you propose or like to see?

Do it! Or if not do the 100 every other day or at least 3 times a week.

If it bores you (i saw you do archers too) switch it up with other variations like diamonds/(regular) wide or pike pushups for your shoulders. There are still more variations if you search.

I still do 3 sets of 10 navy seal burpees on most days of the week, or at a minimum i do it on days i don't go to the gym.

Around september last year i heard about navy seal burpees and i immediately jumped on the challenge. I started out with 3 every day and climbed my way up to 40 a day by adding 1 every week. So after 37 weeks i was doing 40 a day and that took me 15 minutes every day and i found that pretty inconvenient and time consuming on some days. So i completed a whole year and then called it a day.

I do not totally want to get out of it because i gained so much from it. Not even so much in terms of strength or conditioning but much more jn terms of discipline and making habits. Best thing ever!
