Upgraded my rusty Camry to a Tesla recently and the disclaimer I give to everyone is that I still think Elon Musk is worth less than the dirt under my shoes but man, gas is fucking expensive.

His writing has extraordinary emotional depth, I think he’s going to become another favorite of mine once I read some more of his work.

If you enjoy literary fiction, you’ll enjoy Ishiguro. He’s won the Nobel Prize in literature as well.

Currently:

1. Normal People by Sally Rooney

2. The Brothers Karamazov (Dostoevsky)

3. Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro

Sylvia Plath is my imaginary best friend. You should read her diary entries as well, she writes beautifully.

Men are the pioneers and trailblazers of superficiality

I should’ve titled this one ‘Alliteration’ and called it a day

I made a decision, never give you my feelings,

Fuck with you from a distance

Some put it on the devil when they fall short,

Vine would’ve been bigger than TikTok. And it was better, too, in terms of content.

The next time I get pulled over while driving, I’m praying it’s a male cop. These fools are ridiculously easy to manipulate with some strategic eye contact and a smile.

Your success means nothing if you’re the only one who can enjoy it, nor are you particularly deserving of success until you love for others what you love for yourself.

Write.

Here’s a haiku for the rainy day.

Another day rains / blotting the autumn leaves black / with a wet sadness

Solid outfit and grandma looks like a sweet little thing :)

The rich irony about the disease that is contrarianism is that people who center their entire personality and mentality around opposition to society’s views are still defined by exactly that: society’s views.

A terrible opinion, really 😉
