Scale, yes. Socialism/Communism are, in some ways, natural forms of human association....ON A SMALL SCALE. These methods of organizing people can't scale (morally) across the myriad belief systems held by humans.
100%, little "s" socialism can be an amazing lifestyle for a group of people who voluntarily live that association. It's that whole forcing others to do what you say, definitely one of the roots of evil.

1,000%. Deconstructing propaganda necessarily pushes you into revisiting history, even going so far as to imagine sympathizing with the "opposition". Without this perspective, you are trapped in a given mindset and are unable to adequately "fine-tune" your understanding of what *actually came before you. Read. Read. Read. Read. Read. Read. Assume everyone is lying and noone is lying simultaneously, then use your own heightened sense of judgement and intuition to better understand past situations (for which you never will actually arrive at perfect knowledge, alas, we are imperfect, blind humans searching for elephants in the dark.)
Very few humans strive to actively shed bias, think critically and live by principles consistently applied across all situations. This is work. Shit, most people struggle simply to keep their own body, the vehicle that permits them life on this rock, healthy. Amazing. More people need to put in the work, more people need to strive to be the best human they can be. Until then, humans will continue to look toward/give obedience to authority because they themselves are not yet enough. Sad but we see this replicated time and time again.

Cannabis is amazing! IF...you use it infrequently as a sort of reset button. I think I'm something like once every couple months at this point. There is nothing wrong with tools, guns, cannabis, etc. It is all about the user's interaction/utilization of the tool. Personal responsibility.

I don't think you understand. The terrorist state of Israel (which is committing a holocaust against the Palestinian people after occupying and slaughtering them for 75+ years) is being attacked. That means that the terrorists are being attacked. Violence is a terrible thing, but if we can stop genocidal states from slaughtering tens of thousands of innocent men, woman and children that is a move in the right direction. This is tough to understand though.
