This is an updated version of the original musicsideproject.com by the legendary nostr:npub1yvgrrzf4dnmu30qfhw95x87ruu0g2kpv3a64h8hpvqsre8qeuspsgd6pv9. Its a simple web form that builds a podcasting 2.0 RSS feed for your music. site built and ran by nostr:npub177fz5zkm87jdmf0we2nz7mm7uc2e7l64uzqrv6rvdrsg8qkrg7yqx0aaq7

yeah the music and art for my test stuff is on Blossom but Blossom doesn't do well with RSS feeds that need updated but thats a different issue.

getting your track played on Homegrown Hits and knowing it works in the real word is awesome.

You can just leave a voicemail on a podcast to update people on your project.

There is also a 1 hour preshow of music video from some of the ValueVerse's finest.

Also viewable in your favorite podcasting 2.0 app but boostbeach.live is the place to be.

Actually it was already supported but you just had to add multiple roles with the same name but now it's all in one.

MSP 2.0 now supports multiple roles for one person. While I was at it I added the full podcasting 2.0 taxonomy and a "view all roles" button that shows the full list so have fun.

Thanks nostr:npub1l5hwyh7saazz4gdhgp9fx4939e25asx74kq6dj9ahrx69lcfxulsudhdrf for mentioning it.

Yeah xml files and blossom servers don't mix. Edit a file and it changes the hash in the url which breaks how rss and podcasting works.

My solution is to just give users a static url that points to the latest blossom url.

Also your releases page moves off the page when moved left and right.

MSP 2.0 now supports Nostr Music Playlist. Anything that uses the NIPs on nostrhub.io I'm calling Nostr Music btw.

When you create an album (2 or more tracks) on MSP 2.0 and publish it to Nostr Music it also publishes that as a Nostr Music Playlist.

Here's one I just did.

Cool I got some sample tracks I'm going to upload to some of the Nostr sites to see how they work under the hood.

I've been posting stuff to Nostr already from my site to see what happens.

This is the template I'm using and what we point others to for selfhosting music via RSS. One version even has comments in it.
