What is fear?

Fear can only exist when we don’t believe in ourselves

Fear only appears when we are not whole inside

Fear is not natural

Fear slows down

Fear distorts

I’ve experienced fear most of my life since I was a young child. The difference is that I had no idea how to work with fear before, no one showed me how fear can be transformed.

Whenever I feel fear, I deflect from myself, it is not natural as most people tell you. Let’s distinguish between fear and nervousness.

What helps me transform fear?

Belief in yourself

I am immortal

I love every step I take on this planet

Vitality is a natural part of myself

I am the creator of my life

Every second is an opportunity for a new perspective, this new perspective creates a new life

Feeling great is a natural state and this state of feeling great can only be activated by my attitude and my thoughts

By observing joyful thoughts

Fear is a player in most people’s lives. I understand this and even today I struggle with my fears, but it is no longer hours, days or years. They are minutes at most. Minutes become seconds and seconds become hundredths until I don’t have to deal with fear at all.

I walk through life believing that the impossible doesn’t exist, that facts are created by me alone.

This is my current shower routine, at the beginning of the year I finally threw out all plastic products from my showering process. I’ve decided to remove plastic from my personal life more and more, if not absolute necessary. And it’s getting better!

I believe that sustainable living can be achieved, 1. by more possibilities 2. by changing simple things/habits in lifestyle over time.

Living more in balance with nature is not always easy. But there are ways to figure out and it will, as many things, get easier over time.💚

Now I want to try out how to make my own soap…🧼 and getting more in touch with what my hair really needs.🌿

How much do we talk and act according to the other person's gender, age, cultural background, etc.? A lot of time perceived and even stereotypical ones.

Why are we not just acting the same with everyone? Just being ourselves?

More importantly, do you talk differently with men and women?? I'm curious.

A lot of our stuff still go straight back to our childhood traumas.

Out of nowhere, my mom would get mad and start screaming at something I said or did and I don't even know why. And she won't tell me. She'd require me to figure it out on my own and then make an apology the exact way she wanted it, otherwise she refused to speak to me all night.

When dad was always at some business dinner and the apartment was dead quiet and outside was very very dark. For a 5 yo, that was a scary place.

I remember crying hysterically begging her speak to me, night after night, trying to apologize as best as I can, wrecking my brain to figure out what I did or said wrong...usually to no avail...

So, I still jerk at people's unresponsiveness to maybe even a text. And I have the tendency to read into every little reaction IRL or over messaging.

Some of these reads are accurate; some only tortures myself.

Anyways, healing first starts with awareness. That's what I'm doing today.

Hope this note helps somebody else as well.
