Is there any talk in Washington around a Land Value Tax? Not the whole answer, but could help make things like land speculation, and storing so much of our wealth in real estate less attractive, amongst other things. (Sorry to jump into someone else’s comment, still trying to set up sats here :)

The education piece sounds like some of the logical statements that are expounded around the UBI and LVT spaces. Low time preference choices would be…a viable choice under these circumstances
