I have implemented the calling service in 0xchat, but using the traditional technical solution:
Relay signaling+WebRTC+STUN+TURN.
I’m looking forward to your experimental results. :)
Normally, I release a new version of #0xchat every month (excluding bug fix versions). Each one comes with a significant surprise. It’s the end of the month again, and the v1.2.1 beta update is about to arrive. :)
I'm very interested in P2P event transmission, but mobile device networking with ICE presents significant challenges, especially given the complexities of global networks
Short-form content is typically different from long-form content. It’s quick thoughts or updates, meant for quick reading. I rarely read short content twice; editing them is pointless. If your content has mistakes, just delete it and post a new one.
I believe that notes should be deletable but not editable.
Not supported yet, but yes it should be
### #Amethyst v0.77.0-alpha: Amber 🚀
Today marks the beginning of a new era for Nostr Android. A native signing app (Amber) can now store the keys while every other Nostr app focuses on their own use cases. The time of inserting your private key in every native app is over.
Well, at least technically over. Consider this a test release. Bugs are expected.
We hope other Nostr apps for Android follow the same path and stop storing a private key with their own databases. And, hopefully, iOS apps will follow soon.
This version wasade by nostr:npub1w4uswmv6lu9yel005l3qgheysmr7tk9uvwluddznju3nuxalevvs2d0jr5 and all zaps to go him.

I think this is a bit difficult for Appstore reviews. If the client allows third-party logins, Apple will require the use of 'Login with Apple ID'. :)
Is it what you need? :)
The image is p2p encrypted in DM, then uploaded to the image server
Absolutely
I am also building group chats; now there are versions of NIP in over a dozen group chats. Have you read this survey from nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn

It’s funny that both nostr:npub10td4yrp6cl9kmjp9x5yd7r8pm96a5j07lk5mtj2kw39qf8frpt8qm9x2wl and I have water in the name and are both building DM clients.
Water you know 😄
Cool, which nip are you using? :)
I don't know if it makes sense to prevent others from broadcasting, but if it is necessary for your relay, you can allow only the receiver to rebroadcast -the receiver is a real user in the gift wrapped event.
Sorry for not looking into nip42 in depth, but from what I have seen, doesn't 'AUTH' mean authorizing the entire socket connection? This implies that by authorizing with the real pubkey, all events sent during the socket connection process, including those signed with a random key(gift wrapped events), are also authorized
The Chat Friends ‘Private Tag’ is utilized in 0xchat to receive notifications for DMs from friends
How to do the subscriptions? Any nips?
