My name is Bogdan. I am 21 years old and I’m from Montenegro.

I started training when I was 14 and I never plan to stop.

For quite some time now, I’ve been studying nutrition, training programming, human physiology, biochemistry, anatomy, and rehabilitation in detail.

My goal is to help people—especially young ones—realize that having a healthy and strong body is the first step toward success. If we skip that step, we’ll eventually have to go back to it sooner or later.

So, I help people achieve the physique, strength, and healthy body they dream of, along with a much better quality of life.
