The main thing I don’t get about people saying that real estate is a bad investment is, if you don’t pay your own property taxes and mortgage then you are just going to be paying someone else’s, because you have to live somewhere. They will also raise the rent on you every year whereas a mortgage is a fixed rate. That being said, bitcoin is still the better investment.

I can’t zap posts using Damus, I can only go to the person’s profile and zap them but then it isn’t connected to the post. What other client could I use that will let me zap posts directly?
