makes sense. even the pooling estimates eg AntPool show a loss. sounds like itd just be for the heat, thanks!
does it make any sense to plugin an S9 at home? I already run a node and have always wanted to mine, but the economics of it don’t quite click. If I get $0.11/kWh, do I just eat costs until I eventually win a block? does that happen on average enough to make sense? I’ve looked at miner stats sites that typically say you lose money, so do solo miners just take one for the team?
thanks!
have you seen rust?
missed the return, homie
not to mention if you want 2FA you have to use some shitty semantic app called “VIP Access”
my experience as well. prefer tiling window managers on linux but in macos land I just full screen each app and move between with cmd+left/right.
on macos, computer tell YOU how to use
gm nostr 🌞

are your media urls going straight to s3, or do you have custom code proxying your s3 bucket? with the latter you could look at user agent headers and drop obvious bots. not sure if cloudfront supports that kind of logic.
never let a good crisis go to waste.
Let’s goooo!
I’m working on a 🥷 nostr project with with some big homies ( #[2] #[3] #[4] ) that needs some LN integration - DM’d to learn more about nodeless.
pinning servers are their answer for always available files. what’s your take?
Probably no way to tell if a URL has an og:image tag and make that full width too?
thanks for coming to my Nostr Talk
