Recently I've been drafting a rigorous examination of property rights as regards the Blockian Proviso, expanding on the implications of the logical proof presented by Lukasz Dominiak, and at the end I briefly consider implications for Bitcoin and mempool sovereignty. The final thoughts basically amount to a proof that noderunners have no duty to let spam in. Will publish sometime in the coming days (nostr native of course)!

In fact it plays to one of the most critical implications of the very point that has been made. If respect is a ready made good in itself to be afforded to everyone, then self-respect is not to be held in suspicion or reproach, but rather cherished and readily called upon!
