It drops messages without informing the user. Every time someone replies to that with, "It's much better now.", I find that same bug within 24 hours. Apparently, it's due to a design flaw, and won't be fixed unless the architicture is redesigned.
So, when you asked for a Nostr solution to promoting your business, what did you have in mind? The only real advantage Google has is pervasiveness. Nostr is still unknown to all but a few thousand people.

I have been trying for two months to get this fixed. I am guessing it’s either because I have a wellness business or because my business has —no sh*t— been listed in error as an architecture business for two months…

Nostr is "text only". You can share videos by posting the address to the video, but the video must stay at that address for the video to be available on Nostr.
The best way to preserve the video is to post it in a place where it won't be taken down immediately, paste the address into a Nostr note, and encourage viewers to download a copy of the video.
There is a difference, and it's big.

You say "freedom", but I'm sure you mean "liberty".
Just make sure you (or exposed metal) don't connect the two poles together. Even if you do, it's not lethal, just painful.

Even better, is to only do business with entities that are respectful. If they don't want cash, blacklist them.
I don't trust platform data. Besides, increased reach does not necessarily mean a greater income.
