I was hoping the follow/unfollow game wouldn't find its way here. When I was prompted to follow all accounts and saw that it was just 1100 or so, I followed everyone because I thought it was cool to connect with all of the early users. I was part of the dot com crowd in NYC in the late nineties and back then we were all just excited to connect. Similar vibe here that I hope sticks.
Haven't thought about Geocities in years. I worked for the first social networking site, sixdegrees.com - that is until the dotcom bust.
