:fatcat: i just like cats and video games and having fun on the internet :blobcatrainbow:

ive been on a brie kick since reading that news article about the fungus used for it possibly going extinct and im starting to suspect it was a very successful advertising campaign from big brie

Someone who won't be missed. You can't kill a working woman, sooner or later someone will call the cops. Can't kill a family woman either.

i think ive seen a couple true crime videos where fitbit location or heart rate data was used as evidence

i tried strava and some women literally have their full name, pfp of their real face and fully gps tracked jogging routes that start and end at their house publicly shared in local groups. serial killers have it so easy nowadays

every single person i know is sick right now and i am too be careful out there

nostr:npub1tj5fw9d0cpzxe5mtrsnp4mtu2dq50hk05e93y33r0ea6kjd05swq9hl33p i watch way too much true crime but it happens a fair bit where the perpetrator relishes the media attention

nostr:npub1mr92cjapdpqkted8ppxwlnwlxg27t6eq2v564usutcw497q8plaqfn3xh4 thanks! found it instantly. its hard to find this stuff when you dont know what its called. chatgpt helps with dumb questions but not always right

nostr:npub1uvhmxs6jecaujnwuqn6l9v40k4nrwu5ktdrp0qh92ywzc3dphhlqxrj7td my vet has a super accurate pet scale anyone who walks into the place can use. its big enough for ppl too..... :nicedevil:

i'm almost done with my chainmail shirt. i've decided to keep it short byrnie style instead of a full size hauberk since i don't think i'll learn anything from making it longer and i wanna move onto working with steel

i've been working on it 46 days, hard to say exactly how many hours per day since it varied so much. most of the time was spent making the rings from wire. ill post 1 last pic when im done

nostr:npub1v7t4yx9vxtv3mat0hdsduuym4fvjd5dzmdlh82ssa40phr965h2s2lck6k however i did have that exact issue after purging the remote cache after i disabled it for the first time. in a few days time all the pfps got fixed thoughIt's been more than a few days time, at this point. More like a couple weeks. Users I follow all have PFPs now and everything, that's not an issue. But, now, it seems like users from remote instances that my instance has not yet "seen" or "crawled" or "interacted with", so to speak, won't render PFPs.

For example, your PFP and banner, et al., will load just fine. But, say, that you reposted something from a user you follow, but who my instance has never "seen" before. The content therein will appear in my feed without issue, since I'm following you, and because you shared it. However, that user's PFP and banner, etc., won't populate until I, or some local user on my instance, goes to that user's profile directly...in which case it will load, and, conversely, become cached by the instance.

It's almost as though my instance's "instance actor" account isn't doing anything (which, as far as I know, usually handles these sorts of things as a sort of "phantom user" that goes around "crawling" and caching accounts and instances this instance interacts or federated with).
