Yep that works for me, thanks ! :)

Using Damus and clicking on an @/pubkey opens that profile in Plebstr’s TestFlight app if you have it install.

Can be pretty annoying, so I’ll probably delete plebstr for now.

I’m not sure why this is. Any ideas ?

Does anyone know the if there is a size limit for #nostr messages / content ?

I think a client that supports longer form, markdown centric content could be cool - but I’m curious to know if this is even realistic.

It might cause UI/UX issues on other clients ( e.g. Damus, etc. ), so I’m assuming it would also need a dedicated relay ?

Looking for guidance.

I made a new ( unofficial ) #damus logo for fun.

Would appreciate some feedback !

This is huge !

People often overlook the fact that Facebook saw it’s highest levels of growth after adding additional language support ( and maybe a little help from the App Store ).

Excited for the future of #Damus ! 🚀

Some of his decisions seem okay - others seem bad.

I just can’t help but notice a lot of spins and mischaracterizations of those ideas coming from people who are being disingenuous for the sake of “not liking Elon”.

Some decisions are good. Some are bad.

That said, I was able to read the tweets of a user who blocked me today - so yeah, there’s that.

A few bugs I am experiencing on #damus @jb55

1. Sent DM’s sometimes don’t appear in my inbox unless I find the user I messaged and click on *their* inbox icon.

2. Sometimes when editing my profile, my profile name and @ will fail to load inside the input fields. This means that pressing “save” will save my name and @ as “” [blank] unless I manually add it back into the input fields.

Anyways, using Damus is a great experience and my favorite client so far. Looking forwards to onboarding others. I hope this can be helpful.

I’m looking to build a #nostr client.

If Damus is the Twitter of Nostr, then you may think of socratic.social as the Substack of Nostr.

If anyone wants to join me on this journey feel free to connect.

I went from 260lb -> 190lb in less than a year by simply walking ( indoor track or treadmill ) and trying my best not to consume fast foods ( seed oils ).

My diet is mostly grilled chicken, Chipotle steak bowls, pickles, and sardines for snacks.

By far the biggest impact has been my decision to drop soda completely ; only drinking water.
