Re: newbie friendly, Alby has a simple "recurring payments" offering, very newbie friendly (but I think its custodial). nostr:npub1xv8mzscll8vvy5rsdw7dcqtd2j268a6yupr6gzqh86f2ulhy9kkqmclk3x can correct me if I'm wrong on that.
It is custodial. However since it is a redirect I do not see any threat here. Plus I’m just saying that’s what I believe to be the best solution so far.
Zapsplits seem to be the best attempt in this direction considering there are very few node runners out there.
Been looking forward for Oak to become more newbie friendly. We need a solution for the masses.
