It definitely is! Probably like 80% of the problems would be addressed by restarting Tor from time to time, but most people aren’t really paying attention to their node.

Still been messing with my Tor setup. Now I am back to a self-compiled and up-to-date C-tor. I am very confident that it is my channel partners which is the issue, it’s been the same nodes offline after like 3-4 different Tor setups.

Ye if you had to do something custodial that would’ve been the move. What’s crazy though is 37signals is all about self hosted shit and software you only have to pay for once and then they do this.

Trying to get some work done in the lab

I haven’t dug down into the weeds of Nostr fully yet, but Damus has a “notes” and “notes and replies” section when viewing a profile. I had a reply gain a little traction (never happens on dedbird lol I’m uninteresting over there), and so I reposted it so it would show up under my “notes” and not “replies”. That way when someone views my profile they see my banger note and don’t have to dig for it among a bunch of general replies and banter.

Im having some good results lately! I have 3 shoeboxes which have some pins starting to pop off!

Someone found an albino in a batch of golden teacher (the classic) and now this is the starting point for a lot of genetic crosses.

Im pretty sure this is a variety which has TAT in the family tree. You can tell they have a bit of a similar look to them. But Leucitic != Albino, so I dont know how that happened?

Idk if it is related to the chip crackdown in China or if it is just technology progressing but I am starting to see so many RISCV microcontrollers and embedded Linux devices come out. Pretty excited about the possibilities. My MilkV Duo is coming slowly from China but it may be the next SeedSigner HW 🤞. Seedsigner doesn’t know this yet, but that’s how FOSS goes.
