I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you're compiling Bitcoin Core you should use more than two threads.
Do I have any mutuals mining on nostr:nprofile1qqsq9k04vahllseell55m74n3047y88pzlr0z5yany32st29fapqmgsppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qgawaehxw309ahx7um5wghxy6t5vdhkjmn9wgh8xmmrd9skctc87ckyu who would like to help me stress-test a DATUM gateway?
The rumors aren't true. I did not steal this delicious Guinness. #beerstr https://www.theguardian.com/business/2024/dec/31/great-guinness-heist-thieves-stole-truck-carrying-20000-pints
Me, neither. But I did consider stealing some Yuengling once. Decided rolling a keg down the street in Carlisle might be too suspicious, though.
Hey nostriches! Are you ready to work for bitcoin?
Casa is hiring a Senior Client Advisor. In this role, you can help others take self-custody and build long-term relationships.

NGL, if it were Bitcoin-only, I'd be tempted. "Senior Client Advisor" does sound more impressive than "Assistant Professor". 😆
If you have capital gains on your euro holdings, you get taxed on those, too.
Bitcoin should be untaxed because the state should not exist. #fixedit
RIP, Jimmy Carter. Not a perfect president, but not the worst in my lifetime, either. And a better man than most of them, too.
Michael Saylor thinks #bitcoin is #capital, not #currency, and would like to see the world adopt the digital U.S. dollar as #money instead.
I vehemently disagree with his perspective.

I'm proud to say that I thought Saylor was harmful before it was cool. Nice to see more people saying so, though.
This particular example doesn't appeal to me. But, look, you only get at most 80 years or so as an adult to enjoy your skin—might as well have some fun with it.
Hey, friends. If you need a slave DNS server or two for your open source software project and/or service for the Bitcoin or nostr communities, feel free to DM me and I'll set you up with something appropriate. Would be happy to do my part to help those who are doing their part. :)

He's not wrong. The question is whether the US will embrace the principle that "USD is for enemies" in time to save itself from irrelevance.
All we can do is keep building to make Bitcoin a viable alternative to continued fiat hegemony.
Bitcoin turns stranded energy into proof-of-work. Cows turn rangeland full of inedible scrub grass and weeds into tasty protein. And that's why Bitcoiners love BBQ.
If you have a specific career goal where a degree is needed, then of course it makes sense. I did my undergrad degree while also working full-time, often 40+ hours, though TBH two FT jobs sounds like a bit much. LOL Maybe part time is an option?
Otherwise, I'd ask myself what else I could accomplish with the time I would spend on classes. For someone who is smart and self-motivated, the cost might still be too high even if tuition is free.
For context, I have a PhD and teach at a college. ;)
Maybe the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve was always the nostriches we zapped along the way…
