All these are legit projects aiming to address problems that Bitcoin doesn’t address or at least not well enough.
I think this is unlikely. #Coinbase would suffer irreversible backlash in doing so and it’s not the only game in town. Their customers could just sell #IBTC for #BTC. What’s more likely is that #BlackRock uses its leverage over the #Bitcoin supply and its relationship with the ecosystem (regulators, exchanges, media) to support a BTC PoS fork, steal the brand and control the network. It won’t be easy to pull it off but I think they will try.
You must not be paying attention to say no other #crypto other than #Bitcoin is solving a problem. I agree that 99% of crypto are worthless copycats launched by founders looking to get rich quick but there are a dozen of solid projects that have brought real innovations. That said, it’s true that from an investment perspective most crypto have been seriously underperforming #BTC because of their premine. If you look at the last bull market, some crypto like #Ethereum and #Monero have performed similarly than Bitcoin and have not retraced to 0. Bitcoin still remains the safest buy and hold investment in the space but others will do well too.
Funny how this #Bitcoin pump has already replaced the #Lightning network replacement cycling attack in the news cycle.
This aims to activate the sheep mentality 🐑. The way out of this insanity is to grow more lions 🦁. They can control a herd of sheeps not of lions.

Did he really say this? I haven’t listened to too many #Saylor interviews but I’m actually not that surprised. Maybe he just talks his book but sometimes I really think he’s controlled opposition. His talks fit within the toxic “let the numbers go up as long as #Bitcoin can be controlled” narrative.
It definitely tested market reaction to a #Bitcoin ETF listing but I’m not sure it was orchestrated.
Or maybe marketers are the ones who covered the ad with cardboard so their brand can go viral on social.
So it seems that ETF rumor wasn’t fake news after all…
