And why it is far better to meet them where they are and ask questions so they figure out themselves rather than tell them they’re wrong.
When faced with data that doesn’t match expectations of what “should” happen, many people reinforce their model of the world, versus questioning if a foundational assumption is right.
And through the transition, it is what the world is going through right now.
