I mean one time I was sick as a dog and at like 2am I decided I'd had enough so I was going to run a damn hot bath, brought a water bottle so I wouldn't get too dehydrated from all the sweating, stayed in there for 90 minutes or so, slept great once I got out and felt pretty okay the next day
