Mine didn't work out of the box. Flashing new firmware using the UI wasn't entirely stable. I think the UI required the firmware update in two parts (main+web assets, I think)
Finally had to use wantclue's flasher which you will need a chome based browser to update. This firmware updates both parts that you would have had to do in the UI update process. I found it cleaner and it worked right away after setting up the settings. https://github.com/WantClue/bitaxe-web-flasher

Thank you. I updated both parts but still hash rate is at 0. I will try another mining pool later to eliminate this possibility…
