My main thing is the oven temp. They were fine. But looking for more of a soft pretzel bronze. They seemed a little dark. Convection oven @ 425 degrees F.

They came out well! Funny how humans have a sixth sense: any time baked goods come out of the oven people spontaneously come through the kitchen.
They get boiled in water that has baking soda if that answers your previous question. I was told it’s what gives them their burgundy color. We served them with spicy mustard & honey. 🤤 
I think au naturel if that means “all natural”. Flour, olive oil, yeast, water, salt. I’m off to boil & bake them now. I’ll send a pic of the finished product when I can. 🥨
