I have already used chatgpt to sugest me books and workbooks to work on self esteem, self conpassion, resilience. It also did assesment questions on this topic for me. Also did suggestions on what i should do.
For all thoose strugling i recommend my latest finding. Start to write a journal and reflection on your thoughts and feelings. And write them by hand. It has worked wonders for me to grow mentaly.
One of the last books i recommend arr Kirstin Neff's book on self compassion.
