Political affiliation are based on mortality. Haidt shows moral taste buds in The Righteous Mind. There are conservatives, social liberals, and libertarians.

Wokeness is just a fashion trend; it's all built on how you perceive morality. You definitely don't want to do business with a woke/communist, even if they swore they wouldn't vote. You wouldn't go to a party with a conservative because you'd die of boredom.

Therefore, usually the only people worth closely interacting with are libertarians, if you are a libertarian. There are exceptions to this, but it's a good heuristic if you are looking for a business partner or life partner, to stay within your group. Saves a lot of trouble in the future.

And thankfully there are at least hundreds of millions of people in this category, so there plenty to choose from.

If you’re new to #nostr the best advice I can give you is to say hello, tag it with #introductions , and FOLLOW LOTS OF PEOPLE. Like literally follow everyone you can at first. You can curate that layer on once you figure out who you don’t want to keep following. But following A LOT of people is the number 1 way you’ll find interesting content and other people. People are the algorithm here. Follow them. Lots of them.

Lying in public polls?

No, the main issue is the validation. Monero txs are larger and take more space. That means they're more expensive and harder to validate. That means less users are validating, and that means less security.

Interesting. That would make it easier to use in the end. At least for a noob user. I like Monero's main client for macOS. It's good stuff, simple, good user interface, safe, private. I think currently it's a bit easier to use than Electrum.

Will #monero ever have as high fees as current #bitcoin?

For example, a current transaction fee in Bitcoin right now is something like $10. So if I am to send $1 with Bitcoin currently I have to pay something like $10 in fees. With Monero it's cents.

Will Monero, if used x10 more, i.e if XMR becomes $35k instead of $150, will it have the same exact fees as Bitcoin?

People from the western (Christian culture) countries think it's weird to travel to culturally Muslim countries (not talking about religion).

Imagine how it must be the other way around:

- drunk people who smell bad on the streets, even in restaurants. People smell if beer and are getting progressively more stupid with every drink

- only one wife per man allowed, yet men often sleep around. Why the dishonesty? If a husband can sustain two women, be honest to both and marry both. If not, don't do it.

- people scrub shit off their asses with paper. Don't they have running water to just wash it? What century is this?

I don't know if I got it right. Anyone coming from Muslim culture (again, not talking about religious stuff), am I completely off? Would you add something?
