No doubt about it. I just assume everything is marinated or cooked in seed oils and proceed best I can. I rarely eat out unless traveling, and usually just stick to a steak or a burger as those seem like the least likely to have oil applied to them.
Yes, this was a tongue in cheek comment about how much I hate seed oils. Probably did not come out as a great post.
I am not for more laws or regulations, but restaurant seed oil disclosures should be required.
Definitely the overall correct move. However, I would like all ideology and politics removed from the workplace. Declaring a political stance in your bio makes it hard to have that dynamic on my team.
I would argue she is being exclusive to half the country that does not agree with the ideology that pronouns stem from, but appreciate the point.
Got a resume with pronouns on their LinkedIn page. My initial thought was I will never hire someone like that, but then I thought about all the complaints I’ve had about my beliefs and genetic makeup being actively discriminated against in the corporate world, and I don’t want to do the same in reverse. Or does the mere fact you have pronouns listed mean you aren’t an independent thinker, and you should be disqualified. Thoughts?

Talked to a guy from Bloomberg at a work conference that gave a macro update about the debt spiral, and he said he’s changed his view on Bitcoin as he’s studied it more over the past few years. Said he initially thought it was a money laundering tool, but now understands it could be base layer money. We are gonna win. It’s just gonna take time.
