As it is done currently: randomly and missing followers all the time. I like to be surprised.
Ooops. Another one to file under "Magazine Cover Indicator". #contrarian #lol
The Economist is generally known to mark tops with these cover stories. Usually a terrible market timing. lol

What was the median income when a house used to cost 25k? What is the median income nowadays?
Agree. I am for total end-user control over what is shown or which account should be blocked — even the idea of opt-in to lists that would block spammers.
It's time for no logs relays service that do not track or record your IP, and therefore are unable to disclose this information to third parties. And they should be located in jurisdictions like Switzerland as Proton Mail & VPN.
The option to opt-in to as a setting is nice as it would be controlled by the end user. Better than arbitrary blocks and shadow banning according to the will/mood of some dictator-in-the-making that own an app or relay that has a bigger share of the nostr "universe".
Some people don't realize the difference between privacy and anonymity. Being anonymous is expensive and practically impossible.
Amethyst v0.19.1: the destroyer of destroyers

Did you do any optimization of the app? Scrolling seems way more fluid to me—the app fells lighter. Very nice #[1]
This is a great idea. One of the best features Twitter has that was missing here.
It would be cool if we could attach an expiry time on private messages so they could trigger an automatic deletion by the relays. Not sure if it would be technically possible though.
I did set my #[10] on day 1 of my NOSTR account. That's how easy it is. I've been zapping since then. #following ⚡⚡⚡
My option... Show just the first row. Looks cleaner.
Agree 100%. I have never been a Bitcoin person —never had any crypto nor any interest to have. But after NOSTR I at least see how it can be used and how easy, fast and reliable it is. I always had this impression that a simple transaction could take minutes to complete. Anyway, if only by that this is huge as I imagine a lot of people are on the same boat as me. So, credit for #[5] #[6] and everyone involved on this project.
That is outside my skill-level too but I found a tutorial online here: https://dev.to/tetsuya/nostr-nip-05-verification-with-cloudflare-workers-2cl8
In the end I configured my domain using Cloudflare Workers to to "self-verify" my public key.
Agree. But you still need to bring more people. Telegram became so powerful because one very influential individual or group can create and distribute a message to millions of people instantly. And a big part of its success is due to how "easy" it is to setup and use.
