Jean Luc Goddard's Alphaville was ....
relevatory for our time, the transition that many of us are going through. Feeling like an outsider, or a loner to our own towns, friends, and otherwise, these past few years.
Although... it was filmed in 1965....
Really neat picture. I'd never seen it before, but it's through and through quinnesential Goddard. Just, this time it's not a musical, but yet it still has its classic abstractions, although this time on the meaning of being human.

Directed by Jean-Luc Godard • 1965 • France
Starring Eddie Constantine, Anna Karina, Akim Tamiroff
A cockeyed fusion of science fiction, pulp characters, and surrealist poetry, Godard’s irreverent journey to the mysterious Alphaville remains one of the least conventional films of all time. Eddie Constantine stars as intergalactic hero Lemmy Caution, on a mission to kill the inventor of fascist computer Alpha 60.

this time with a full negation semantic. hard NLP for most people to reconicile.
of course, total satanic BS as usual.

me too. btw, longtime family friend in NY will have some beyond stellar recommendations.
Give me a few kinds of food and a general budget (expense account) or out of pocket, lol - and I'll ask him what he suggests.
He's got a long and storied past in innovation, marketing, and the fine beverage industry, and currently steering the boat at Diageo .
I lived across the street from Masa when I was in San Francisco. small world indeed.
once upon a time, long long ago, there was a girl with fair skin and black hair.
she was the eldest of several daughters, and always the most curious one of the village, quiet but with an insatiable curiosity for adventure and knowledge, and the one who stood out among the rest, when ever a new arrival came to town.
It was then that a novel face, showed itself to the crowd,
different in that his very presence, gave chills to some and made the men of the village uncomfortable. nobody who had met the strange traveler, could put a finger on it.
Some time went on.
Eventually, this man asked the eldest girl, Emile, if she would like to visit and tour the outer country, as she was not like the others.
One morning, after the dawning of a new moon, they embarked together, leaving her familiar territory forever, the beginnings of a most fantastic adventure together in their twinkling yet not fully yet established nuances of a glorious yet naturally tempered full, yet still vegetative bloom. It would become a giantess of the psyche sooner than later, but for now, she was just happy to have a most curious and unique future ahead of her.
He was equally grateful, for none of the population where he grew up, had any knowledge of this long ago castigated society which lived far on the outskirts of any possibly imagined civilization. Literally outside the ice wall, these people had never even heard of, even in stories of fairies and of fables, this far away yet terrestrial land.
The sky was the limit, well the top of it , anyways, and new beginnings had sprung, for and of which both were terribly excited, although instead of the typical gloom, it was sheer delicate exultation of both circumstance and the formative establishment. As it were, few others would ever understand..
(and yes , I just made this up on the fly.)
i'd love a list to pray over. check dm :) gracias

no I mean for stuff in your life that you're imperfect in.
In your thoughts, actions or otherwise.
Repentance is a personal thing.
a quiet prayer to our heavenly father, or yeshua.
its not about rebuking a brother. its about your personal relationship with the holy spirit, and Yeshua.

love it. what I'm intrigued by and so have to ask, is did you both cut AND smoosh the avocado? I see cut marks, sculpted texture/(for taste) trust me I get it; Marks... and that's interesting. You put some thinking into your food prep, I also dig that the plating isn't ostentatious.
