all chopped up and minced to the point of near liquefaction
- cilantro multiple cloves of garlic
- tumeric,
- paprika (hungarian),
- sea salt,
- black pepper,
- powdered ginger
- greek olive oil
- half stick of butter
- 1 lb of ground lamb
mixed all together...
heat slowly, minding the stove.
then eat. but not the whole pound or you're not gonna make it.

they're not very good,. i tried them once. also most potato tots are poisoned with canola or soybean or peanut oil.
best make ones own, sadly is really the easiest way these days,

the client that im using to quote is "more-speech."
there may be a way around that, but that may likely be useful to leave on the table, for now.
imho there are ways to incentivize community interaction towards keeping your project floating, and i'm curious to explore this because i'm wondering what similar kind of model i can emplooy with my blog.. which gets thousands of hits and no donations, and i pay for out of pocket each month.
@iefan had some sort of paywall thing he was working on, and i'd be curious to see what he thinks about all this, too.

that's not just the whole story though, there's a lot to all of this, and its all pretty ugly.
This is stuff that happenened back in .. oh 2001. They were actually teaching me sumi inking in grade school, too believe it or not. Public school used to be half alright.
So unfortunately no "data" exists therein in reference to the above. but can assure you it was FUN.
These days I do calligraphy with a new old stock set I managed to find, that's about 25 years old, and really enjoy it...
Metallic Inks, with sparkles in them. gold and silver sparkles, some of the inks have a combination of both. they're really beautiful.
I'd love to share, but have to wait a few days to buy a new memory card, because the little tab that toggles the SD card "locked" or unlocked fell on my floor somewhere, and I've not been able to ascertain a safe way to hack the card, so the camera thinks it can write to it. Currently don't have the budget to get another. :)
