#nostr workouts day 11 was abfun little upper body day. Finished with a little cardio on the elliptical again. Try to save my knees and shins for a nice run on Saturday.

GM nostr Forgot to share yesterday's workout. Did it much later in the day than I normally would so I went to bed shortly after getting home.
Leg days can be very taxing. Just some larger muscles getting worked takes a lot out of you.

Day 8 of #nostr workouts is done. Did some basic HIIT on the treadmill to end with today. Aerobic capacity is definitely better.

Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Leg days run a little longer since I take longer rests for squats.
