Just found out there's a guy running for potus who's changed his name to 'Literally Anyone Else' 😂 What a legend.

VOTE FOR LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!

No risk to its safety now, totally protected.

Bug out vehicles, survival vehicles have always interested me.

My current vehicle, being diesel and 4x4, meets my current needs. Toyota Hilux and Landcruisers, for me anyway, are my recommendations, due to their ruggedness and the numbers sold around the world.

My more fun option would be an 70's or 80's rear drive Toyota Corolla wagon. The K series engines (3k-7k) are tough as hell and amazingly simple to work on. Plus, the numbers of Corollas sold around the world and the continued manufacture of parts makes them easy to keep going. Of course, they aren't as rugged as a 4x4, but they are light, tough and easy to fix.

A pet squirrel with a social media presence was taken by the government and put down, for its own safety.

EDC 3. Energy

In the past this would have just been fire, but our energy needs, our technology has changed this.

- Have a few ways to start a fire, lighter, matches, flint and steel. I carry a road flare in the car, it could be used to start a fire.

- Always have your phone at least half charged, charge it when you're driving, keep a way to charge it in the car as well as with you in your bag.

- Think about a powerbank, keep that topped up also. Mine also has a torch inbuilt.

- A light source is also important. This can be a torch, your phone torch etc. But a nice solid metal torch is best, can be used to blind and as a little baton if needed.

This guy may go to jail for using Regenerative Agricultural practices and having the evidence to prove its efficacy.

He's using controlled grazing of cattle and donkeys, the donkeys go where the cattle won't, to replace the extent megafauna.

Quality of sleep: Physical vs Mental Exhaustion

I've worked both very physically demanding manual labour jobs and very cognitively demanding jobs, emotionally taxing and complex work.

The best sleep I get is after being physically exhausted, not mentally exhausted. I find after a day of physical labour or activity, even if I'm wiped put, I sleep so deeply. Conversely, after a being exhausted by a mentally demanding day my sleep is terrible, takes me a long time to sleep, bad quality, bad dreams.

Certainly I feel happier and as though I've earned it after working physically.
