Imagine a risk free asset that also happens to be the best performing asset in history

I too have been thinking about a list of books which I could put together to help people understand what’s happening in the global economy and bitcoin better. Here’s what I came up with.

1. Basic economics by Thomas Sowell.

This is an easy read with no math. Even someone with education/ experience in financial markets may be missing a competent understanding of the fundamentals. I think it was Milton Freeman that said “ everything we KNOW about economics is taught in 101. Everything else is just speculation.”

2 and/or 3. The Creature from Jekyll Island by G Edward Griffin, and/or Broken Money by Lynn Alden.

The choice would depend on the age and open-mindedness of the person you’re trying to teach. If she already understands that the dollars she holds in her hands are less tangible than bitcoin I would skip straight to Broken Money.

Finally, I would have her read The Bitcoin Standard.

Step one is to give a basic understanding, and knowledge of how economics affects us all, every day of our lives. The second and third books describe what’s wrong with the current monetary system. The bitcoin standard explains how to fix things.

The price action being as steady as it is now is a bit weird 🤨

Retail is now convinced that it’s going to crash at any time. “It’s a way too risky scam”.

The last cycle did a number on retail. And the thing is that it was an abnormal cycle.

Forget retail. They are done. They will get their fractions via ETF’s & not even directly as the ETF’s will be added without their knowledge to “safe funds” they invest in.

I've been sprouting sweet potato slips for a month now and they're ready to plant! I need a lot of ground cover in my food forest and these are highly recommended in my region.

I'm always planning for the future - from saving seeds to building a food forest to stacking sats.

how do i increase my energy levels?

Might have had something to do with the formula generations? My grandmother talks about being given a shot after my mom and uncle were born to dry up her milk. I think she had been a formula baby as well. If that's what "everyone" was doing, it was what doctors and "The Science" (TM) of the day said to do, maybe the wetnurse place died out? There's probably all sorts of red tape preventing it now.

I think there are milk banks. Kinda the same idea
