Between £1.3 and £4 Billion linked to crypto. Ok, but compare that with the total figure of £37 Billion (Home Office figure). I therefore presume fiat accounts for 6 - 28 times more illicit activity.

To escape surveillance
This is very distressing: for once I violently agree with Ann Widdecombe!
I’m the treasurer for a local choir (chorale21.org.uk). Last week we agreed the choir should be “Bitcoin Friendly”, meaning we will offer #Bitcoin as an alternative to fiat for all our transactions. Nice.
Sadly, this is a very “first world” view of the future of #Bitcoin. Adoption in countries such as Peru (see video by @joenakamoto) will ensure continued use of #Bitcoin.
FT says “far-right influencers and conspiracy theorists”. Should they be including foreign organisations seeking to sow unrest?
Or maybe I should be asking: is it possible to send encrypted data at the same time as sending a zap?

It isn’t much but it’s an honest routine.

Pro #Bitcoin activism hits Chew Magna in Somerset. Gradually then…
a little less gradually. 😉

So the German government dump 1,047.4 BTC and buy back 1,915 after tanking the market? Is this market manipulation, wash trading or a cathartic moment?

Or maybe just a big “Oops!”
Is there a tax on gambling? Just wondering…
Ah yes. “Art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable" Cesar A. Cruz, Mexican poet and academic (later repeated by Banksy)
It isn’t much but it’s honest work with a very small dose of hope!
