Well I guess I am getting prepped up for surgery. The surgeon said he's pretty sure it's the appendix. We waited monitoring me to rule it out overnight in case it was the burst ovarian cyst but he thinks that's the culprint considering my blood work today showed infection fighting markers. He wants to remove it. He also said he wants to remove it even if he gets in and finds out it's not the appendix since the CT scan showed there are a couple appendicoliths. But he has also told me that if I feel strongly about not removing it if he finds out that's not where the issue comes from he respects my wish and won't remove it.

I feel like if we have an organ it's there for a reason. I still have all my wisdom teeth in. But I really don't know. Since later it sounds this could be a lot more complicated surgery.

One of my favorite small hacks for improving my privacy that I learned this year is sending my images and videos to myself on Signal as a note to self. This strips the metadata before I share them online. The only downside is that on my end, Signal seems to strip some of the original color from the media and make it look a bit greyer. A temporary workaround I’ve been using is applying a vivid filter before sending to Signal, though I’m not sure it fully preserves the original color.

Has anyone else run into this issue and/or found a better workaround?

I feel like I got beat up...

I really felt like I could trust this nurse. The first time she really helped me to relax and feel at ease... And even though there were uneven looking zones while I was quite swolen it all felt like it calmed down within a couple of days. Though I sustained slight blue bruising under my eyes for a couple of weeks solid. But nothing close to this!!!

If you are wondering what I am talking about... I've been researching the most natural treatments for premature facial fat loss due to traumatic cosmetic rf injury. It's what I unfortunately experienced 2 years ago that has really felt traumatizing and a super grief infusing event. I feel that it caused me to go into hiding mode. It's caused me so much insecurity, grief and eaten at my self esteem, I feel like I lost myself, the one I knew in the mirror, like I disappeared.

Though, once adipose tissue experiences necrosis there's really no coming back. I am just praying the stem cell niche is preserved and fibrosis hasn't replaced the fat pad entirely. I did stumble upon PRF Easy gel and seemed even more promising and I went with that. I found a "deal" if you could call it that.

It's seems to definitely not as promising as my ideal treatment but I thought a start in the healing direction. Budget was my biggest concern. I so badly want to reverse the impact and damage, I feel that it is possible, to regenerate and heal from the damage. And I am taking tiny steps. Starting with what was possible. My big hope is that this will stimulate adipogenesis.

So yesterday happened to be my second treatment in a month. We were able to get 7 grams (1 more gram than last time) of my own Platelet Rich Fibrin. Nothing but my own blood spun warmed and cooled and turned into a gel form reinjected into a few facial areas to slowly release growth factors over the next 7-10 days.

The nurse asked me if I bruised last time and I told her... So she said "I am gonna try really hard not to bruise you". Whatever dude. Yeah, fucking right! I am not sure why I'd numbed that side differently but apparently not as well as my right, so I definitely felt the freaking needle.

I am oscillating between hating on the nurse and holding myself back from putting her in a incompetence corner and trying to stay peaceful and loving to my body right now, being present with the regenerative process even as I look like I just got off a boxing ring. Fucking ay, man! 😂

What I also feel is true and have observed in the past when a desire for a particular connection, or door to open or path to flow smoothly was being met with resistance and rejection... was actually a form of protection... Meaning, once the charge of desire or layers of perception I held at that time had had a chance to dissolve, I could then more clearly see how that path would have been a repeating cycle, causing me pain, sorrow and grief and ultimately not have been the best and most empowering path and direction for the evolutionary journey of my soul. The rejection, closed doors and resistance was a form of protection by higher power... Redirection toward what is better aligned and deeper resonance with my highest self realization and evolution. ☺️🌞

I watched Godzilla Minus One.

And actually I thought it was really good. There was real plot there for a change. It deals with topics of PTSD, guilt, forgiveness, family, and finding meaning and humanity in a war-torn country. Kind of like how the original 1954 version had a lot of themes.

And superficially, this is by far the coolest Godzilla’s breath weapon has ever been. It’s like a nuke going off every time.

The movie had a budget for under $15 million despite some expensive actors, and managed to do a whole1940s setting and lots of special effects. Some of the CGI was weaker than Hollywood but the breath weapon was better than any Hollywood treatments of the franchise.

That was a good series, especially The Dark Forest.

I'm curious if the upcoming TV adaptations are any good.

Halfway through the third book of "Three Body Problem" and I'm already getting anxiety from the prospect of finishing the book. Insane saga, it gets even better after the second half of the second book (thanks nostr:npub1emdtsxly9m68m00x206t574jttp65vk0c2m89ms038q047yz7ylqcac9awfor the tip).
